About Sandeep

Hi I'm Sandeep, your science-driven running friend!
I have run over 24 marathons ranging from back of the pack 5-hour finish, to
a personal best of 3:03, and everything in between. I have seen the highs and lows of a
marathon and love to talk about the process. In my own words – “The training process
excites me, more than events themselves. I trust the process”.


My foundation is built on strategic thinking, physiological efficiency, and optimization. This way I empower runners to achieve peak performance while minimizing injury and burnout.

 

I draw from a deep understanding of training principles like Minimal Effective Dose (MED), to blend time-tested endurance wisdom with the precision of modern exercise science.
