About Emma

Hi I'm Emma!

I'm 20ish running years old 🙂 I fell in  love with running in my early 20s and it started quite literally with a jog to the end of my street. It was a way to stay fit and balance out wine and chocolate but it quickly shifted to something more.

Running gave me clarity, confidence and a quiet resilience that helped me live life to its fullest. It helped me navigate life's transitions and served a powerful tool for self-growth. Over time, I trained with purpose, worked with Matt Fenech and shifted my mindset from running for fitness to running for fulfilment and performance. 

​

In 2023, I achieved personal bests I never imagined possible: 18:02mins for 5km and 1:21:48hours for the half marathon - more than 10mins (for the 5k) and 30 mins (for the half) faster than where I began. My marathon PB is 2:57hours.... but watch this space!

Now, I'd love others to experience the same joy, strength and breakthroughs that running has given me - whether you're aiming for your first 5km or your fastest marathon.
